Do you offer sedation dentistry? Although modern localized anesthetic works wonders, there are some things that you may want to be sedated as much as possible for, such as the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. While it's not strictly necessary and a general dentist is often able to perform ordinary extractions just fine without you being  sedated, many patients prefer to be sedated during the procedure. For deeply impacted teeth, it may be easier on both you and the dentist if you have more than just localized anesthetic. This is something to discuss with your dentist so that you are aware of your options.

When are you open? In today's modern age, it seems like you can get most of the information that you need simply by looking it up online. Unfortunately, when it comes to something like opening hours, there are a number of reasons why the internet might be wrong about when the general dentist office will be open. The website might be outdated, one of the dentists might be on vacation, limiting opening hours, someone might have submitted incorrect information to a review website, and so on. Never rely solely on any information you find online; make sure that you call up the office to be sure that it's still factual.
